Premier Placements, LLC is actively seeking EPA Maintenance Techs for temporary work and temporary-to-permanent placements. Our clients are apartment communities located throughout metro Atlanta, GA. We are looking for people who are punctual, dependable, able to work independently and diligently. Qualified candidates will be able to take responsibility for work orders relating to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance/repair, make-ready/trash-outs or groundskeeping. You must have your own tools and transportation for each work site. Salary is $14. Criminal background and Drug testing will apply. Apartment maintenance experience
EPA Certification
Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance knowledge
Maintenance Tools
