Job Description:
Position: Crystal Report Engineer
Location: Marlton, NJ
Duration: 6+ months (possible FT)
Job Requirements:
· Provide software engineering, integration and development support, primarily with CA?s USD product and Crystal Reports. Must be able to quickly adapt to the technologies in use. Must have excellent SQL and PL/SQL report writing experience. Must be able to learn COTS products in a short period of time. Must have full software lifecycle experience and a background in a multitude of development languages and databases. Must have excellent written and verbal skills and provide software documentation as required. Must be willing to provide on-call support after hours and on weekends when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions)
§ Installation, configuration and maintenance of CA?s United Service Desk application. Installation, configuration and report generation of Crystal Reports. Includes implementing SSO, product installs, and coordination with other teams for networking and server-related components. Strict adherence to change management procedures is crucial. Object-oriented analysis and design and experience with Oracle, Java, JavaScript, PL/SQL, SQL, Webservers, server set-up and configuration. Development experience on both Windows and UNIX platforms. Experience with software configuration management and version control. Work closely with team members, representatives of other sites, government agencies, and DoD contractors. Ability to understand various software architectures, software applications, and operating systems.

Candidate is expected to identify problems and work them to completion with minimal supervision or assistance. Candidate must be able to research and solve difficult technical problems. Candidate must be able to document solutions completely and with good grammar, and occasionally make technical presentations. Candidate is expected to conduct himself or herself professionally. Candidate must be willing to share knowledge with the rest of the team and be open to suggestions and feedback.
