Job Description:
Our large integrator client located in downtown Boston is currently looking for a Helpdesk technician to join their team onsite at a healthcare client to support application/systems outages. This will be a contract to hire position. Any experience working within the healthcare industry is always a bonus.

Good phone skills required
Logging and routing trouble tickets for 150 Client applications & systems
24-7 Operational support. Rotating team shifts for some on call weekend hours. Can work remote for weekend over late night shifts
