Title: Business Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN

Duration: 6-12 Month Contract

Job Description:
This resource will be strong in accounting systems knowledge, documenting business processes and application requirements while working independently and directly with business users. The ideal resource will have managed small projects/tasks.

Essential Job Functions:
? Analyze business needs
? Gather and document business requirements
? Guide small development team using basic project management skills
? Document progress and report status regularly

Requirements:
The ideal candidates should possess:
? Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
? 2 or more years direct experience analyzing and documenting business requirements
? 2 or more years experience working with Accounting applications
? Ability to work independently and lead developers
