Job Description:
SAP QM/PP/PS Functional Configurator needed in Littleton, CO
4 month contract position
Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :
*Support SAP R/3 system in the QM/PP/PS area requirements from the business community and projects.
*Responsible for timely delivery of systems solutions and business process results within a project or enhancement request.
*Ensure consistency of SAP processes across all business units.
*Resolve system issues and assist in the identification of system improvements and the development of solutions to improve business performance.
*Configure SAP R/3 system in the QM/PP/PS modules and perform unit/integration testing activities.
*Assist implementations that may deploy a existing global template to ensure consistency in operational process to system configuration.
*Support system testing and production cut-over activities; prepare production cut-over plan in QM/PP/PS area; advise on strategies/best practices for migration to production.
*Design and execute functional and integration test plans and test scripts.
*Hands on experience with SAP systems implementation in large corporate environment.
*Solid functional aerospace and defense industry knowledge preferred.
*Position requires travel to Littleton, CO if remote
Basic Qualifications:
*3+ yrs experience in SAP QM/PP functional configuration, including the integration of PP with PS, and SAP R/3 release 4.6 or higher
*2 full life cycle SAP implementations.
