Job Description:
Desktop Support Technician needed in Littleton, CO

Duration: 1-2 month contract position

*Must be available to start immediately*

Must be able complete both a Background Investigation as well as a Drug Test.

Provide Desktop support in a highly secure VPN enterprise environment of 800+ users for client employees working with Windows XP Pro and Server, and Exchange Server 2003.

Previous migration and imaging experience is required.

Responsible for Ghosting, PC & application upgrades and installs, New user set up: (new user login, email, network proxies, VPN setup and install, printer setup, and Administrative rights), VPN troubleshooting and installation, rebuild PC?s, and remote support.
