Job Description:
Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:
Provides second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware. Handles complex or project-oriented calls escalated by first-tier support.

Must be flexible in shift hours across all 7 days of the week including overnight shifts.
