Job Description: Title: Desktop Support Tech
Location: Nashua, NH
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract to Perm
Participate in requirements gathering. Execute desktop build and configuration procedures. The delivery of desktops to business associates. Troubleshooting desktop hardware/software problems. Provide input regarding process and procedures to business associates and communicate the status of work performed. PC builds, software installations and testing, configurations, upgrades and troubleshooting.
