Job Description: IT Staffing, Solutions, and Consulting Federal Sales Client Solution Account Executive for Washington/NORVA/MD Market (Reston, Va) ? Immediate Interviews Are Being Conducted
The Computer Merchant, Ltd., is a privately held company and an award winning Information Technology staffing services firm with a successful 29 year track record for providing staff augmentation, dire hire placement, Manage Service Staffing Provider and project based services. As a Client Solutions Account Executive at TCM you will develop key relationships with existing and new direct and indirect government agency?s and service providers.
This position requires experience with a proven track record in consultative business-to-business Information Technology sales in the Federal market. The ideal salesperson will be intimately familiar with GSA Schedule 70 IT services contract and have a track record selling staffing services. You should be a `hunter` who is passionate about sales and motivated by high six figure earnings potential. We also value detailed & process-oriented individuals with excellent presentation skills that also have no fear of cold calling.
Responsibilities include: Selling Information Technology services and associated solutions Assume the management of active major accounts, as well as develop new customers Maintain & manage the billing consultants relationship Coordinate the presentation of IT consultants through the interview and hiring sales cycle Prospecting, research, cold calling and account development & management Develop relationships and secure appointments at the CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CTO, VP, Director, or Project Managers (decision makers & influencers) in key accounts where the sales cycle will be quick. Open territory and business sector focus with a concentration in the Washington, Dc, Northern Virginia and Maryland metro areas. Able of identifying and creating new business opportunities Define needs with client management team to meet client specifications. Become intimately familiar with client strategic planning information such as project plans, organization charts and annual objectives/budgets. Work with internal technical recruiters to secure appropriate technical talent that will provide required business solution
Compensation package consist of a base salary plus commission that are paid monthly, paid vacation, medical & dental benefits, paid holidays, 401k, etc.
