Title: Graphic Designer
Location: CINCINNATI, State OH
Duration - 2 Months with potential extension

Tools/Technologies Utilized:
? Tools used include Adobe Flash, Flash Actionscript 2.0, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
? Candidates should be familiar with HTML and JavaScript. Experience with Cold Fusion and XML is a plus.
Position Description:
? Design, code, and unit test flash based modules which conform to WBL team requirements and best practices.
? Interact with customers in HR Training and Development and Key Retailing organizations to fully understand and translate course scripts into Flash Based learning modules.
? Participate in all phases of course testing, including unit, integration, and end user testing and follow-up. An eye for quality is essential in this position, as work will be measured against group standards to assess success.
? Demonstrate strong initiative to advance team effectiveness, in line with department objectives, with little direction.
Essential Job Functions:
? Work closely with Instructional and Interactive Designers to develop dynamic, interactive web-based training courses for corporate associates.
? Translate course scripts into Interactive courses using Adobe Flash.
? Modify photos and create graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
? Create interactive content and animations using Adobe Flash and Actionscript 2.0.
? Load course files into the company Learning Management System and test thoroughly for adherence to company standards.
Requirements:
The ideal candidates should possess:
? Experience with the tools/technologies above for the technology focus posted.
? A minimum of 1 year of designing, creating, and producing interactive media.
? Bachelor?s Degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
? A professional, responsible, and organized approach.
