Job Description:
Position: Voice/Data Engineer
Location: Rochester, NY
Length: Permanent (Direct Hire)

Our client is currently seeking a Voice / Data Engineer for a permanent position in Rochester, NY. Qualified candidates will have at least five (5) years of experience with the design, implementation and maintenance of complex voice and data networks with an emphasis on high volume voicemail systems. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of ACD (Automated Call Distributor). This position will require strong leadership experience and will require the mentoring of junior team members as well as preparing training classes and materials. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying and diverse environments.
