Job Description: Organizational Change Analyst need for a 12 month contract to permanent position
Locations are as follows: Indianapolis, IN; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Rome, NY; Limestone, ME
Must be clearable for a government security clearance
Day-to-Day Activities: - Possess a strong understanding of the functional needs of the client. This entails the ability to review and analyze an end-to-end process, understand abstract business concepts and processes, and renovate such to meet the client's goals. - Apply problem-solving skills in order to see the larger picture and decipher the steps to get the client from problem to solution. - Facilitate the clarification of functional specification and relay those specifications to internal and external stakeholders for review and acceptance. - Identify the ideal organizational design and workforce requirements during and post-ERP implementation. - Perform a gap analysis to compare the as-is organization to the to-be organization. - Develop an action plan to achieve the to-be state. - Provide advice and guidance in Organizational Change Management - Conduct an organizational readiness review and make recommendations on corrective actions
Required Skills: - 3-5 years of performing organizational impact analyses - 3-5 years of workforce modeling - 3-5 years experience in training, communications, and organizational change management - Bachelor Degree relevant to organizational change management
Desired Skills: -DoD Experience
