Reference Number: 09-01588 Job Description: The Computer Merchant, LTD is currently seeking professional IT technicians to provide frontline desktop support for a Fortune 500 integrator. Successful candidates will have a solid technical understanding of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 9x/NT/2K/XP), Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003 (including Outlook), and standard PC hardware and peripherals. Outstanding PC hardware troubleshooting skills are must. Candidates should also be familiar with troubleshooting antivirus, adware and spyware issues. Daily tasks will include workstations builds, user moves/adds/changes, disk imaging, data destruction, PC recycling and general desktop support. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, motivation to grow and succeed and be prepared to ?get the job done.? All candidates must be able to pass a drug and background check. Travel will be required and reimbursed.
