Reference Number: 09-01642 Job Description: Job Title: Oracle Applications Developer (Lead) Location: Sterling Heights IL Duration: 7 months As a subject matter expert lead this candidate is responsible to maintain effective communication with diverse client teams. This lead will also work closely with clients and many areas of the business to resolve problems, answer questions, and provide solutions. This person is responsible to formulate overall business strategies, define user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify programs. As a lead this position requires the compilation of all work requests, trouble reports and help desk calls. This person then dispatches the requests to the appropriate party and monitors to ensure the issue is resolved. This team leader manages all Oracle Technology support requests entered by the customer utilizing Oracle's iService Request system. This person also coordinates with the customer to determine priority levels, assign work and deliver regular reports to the Developer Lead and Project Managers on ticket resolution performance. This lead is additionally responsible to mange a team of employees. This requires performance appraisals as well as budget creation and review. This position requires the creation of charge codes and this lead is responsible to ensure that each employee is charging their time properly. 10+ yrs Manufacturing Experience 3+ yrs Oracle Manufacturing Experience. 3+ General Knowledge in the following areas : - Relational Databases - Application System Analysis - Workflow Administration SQL Plus experience is required Only candidates that are representing themselves and are eligible to obtain a U.S. National Security Clearance will be considered.
