Job Description:
As an IT Staffing Technical Recruiter you will apply your prior experience recruiting Information Technology and Engineering professionals for our customers IT Staff Augmentation or Direct Hire Placement opportunities. To be successful you will need to have a minimum of 2+ years as a technical recruiter in either IT or Engineering staffing services.

Candidates must possess and demonstrate the following:

Consistently generate the revenue objective.
Quickly submit qualified candidates for each client requisition.
Proven technical recruiting techniques, knowledge and performance designed to qualify, network and pipeline A+ technical candidates.
Effective use Applicant Tracking Systems.
Accustomed to producing high level of daily activity to meet Key Performance Indicators that drive results.
Lead generation resulting from candidate qualification process.
Provable track record.
Effective communication skills.
Commitment to teamwork and results.
Self motivated and proven team player.
Capability to work under pressure.
Prior success recruiting and building relationships with candidates for IT or Engineering positions for either contingent or direct hire staffing services.
