Advanced Employment Services, Inc. is a woman-owned, accredited staffing agency that specializes in Executive Searches on a nationwide level and in Entry- to Executive-Level positions in the San Francisco
Bay Area. We provide temporary, temp-to-hire and career placement (direct hire) staffing services. We have three divisions (www.advancedemployment.com, www.it-nationwide.com, www.construction-worldwide.com) and we specialize in Clerical/Administrative, IT and Construction Management placements. Our clientele ranges from small to large companies, including both for-profit and non-profit organizations. We are conveniently located right off the Powell BART station.
We are looking for highly productive sales recruiters with experience in our industry (either Clerical, Executive, IT and/or Construction recruiting).
Our technology provides the dedicated, focused and driven Inside Sales Professional/Recruiter with a truly rare opportunity to develop new business relationships and generate revenue toward commissions! We pay commissions above industry standards. There are no bounds or caps on how much commission you could be making.
Experience Level:
3 Years
Requirements:
· 3+ years of Staffing and Recruiting Industry experience.
· Proven track record of success. Must be a Sales Leader and a strong closer.
· Immediately engage in sales activities and make commissions.
· Must be energetic and highly self-motivated.
· Exceptional cold calling skills. Must be able to make a high volume of outgoing sales calls on a daily basis.
· Experience in and capable of building relationships with decision makers to solicit new business.
· Must be positively challenged by rejection.
· Thorough follow-up on openings and job orders.
This position is COMMISSION ONLY!!!! NO DRAW, NO SALARY.
Commission above industry standard.
