Position Summary:
As a member of the Planning & Delivery Center of Excellence for Company Technology Services (CTS), the Project Manager will support the CTS organization by being accountable for delivering investment projects. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining project plans to communicate tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation. They will also contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of processes and tools used by CTS to deliver value-added technology services and solutions to its business partners. This individual will be located in our Lake Mary, FL office.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree.
? 5-10 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity within an IT organization.
? Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects ranging in scope and size from $100K to multi-million dollar engagements.
? Strong familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or PPM.
? Experience implementing Project Management principals on accepted, industry standard methodologies such as CMMI.
? Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley.
? PMP/PMI Certification is a plus.
? Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
? Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task.
? Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
? Maintains flexibility during times of change.
? Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of individuals including upper management, business team members, etc.
? Strong written and oral communication skills.
