Our direct client located in Bergen County, New Jersey, has a long term (12 months+) contract assignment open for a Sr. Level SAP CRM Functional Solution Consultant. Role:
- Lead the team in providing business process definition and supporting the configuration of the SAP CRM 2007 module as per the functional specification and design documentation.
- This role will be responsible for delivering a SAP solution that meets the business requirements identified as part of the Business Blueprint document. The incumbent will need to be able to analyze and interpret business processes identified and verified with key business representatives and documented as part of the Business Blueprint document.
- The right candidate will need to be more process focused (although have the necessary technical understanding of the CRM solution). 60 / 40 split (process/technical)"

- Strong interpersonal skills; both written and spoken to enable them to lead workshop discussions with the business and achieve desired outcomes.
- As part of the design phase, work closely with the CRM functional team to ensure that the configuration design addresses the key process steps and requirements identified as part of Business Blueprint documentation.
- Work closely with the CRM functional and Business Analysts teams to clarify any ambiguities in the documents .
- Must be SAP certified and have previous project experience working with CRM, and has a proficient understanding of the ERP functionality.
- Experience lead in delivering the identified solution as part of the realization phase of the project.
