Position Description
Scanning project Admin Assistants will be responsible for the preparation, scanning, and indexing of Human Service case files using established computer systems, and protocols, to ensure scanning is done in a timely and accurate manner. Such clerk will be crucial to the quality control process, by ensuring that the digital images created are identical to the original paper document. Duties • Prepare cases for scanning using established Agency procedures • Scan and index using the Document Imaging Management System (DIMS) Please note this is a project and the candidate will be expected to work in a team environment. They need to know they are working as a team and can indeed be asked to change gears and do something else that the Supervisor needs done - Must be a flexible personality that works well with others at all times.

Skills Required
Position Requirements • Proficient in the use of windows based pc's, scanners, and other standard office equipment • Good typing and/or data entry skills • Good documentation skills with keen attention to detail • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Ability to work independently as well as in group environment • Ability to communicate efficiently within the surrounding environments

Experience Required
At least 5 years of administrative office experience on the resume required. Must be recent

Working Conditions • General office environment • Sitting for extended periods of time while operating the pc, and/or scanner • May be required to lift boxes
