Sales Support Administrator, EE276 – GR07
Develops, implements and maintains efficient and economic programs to assist the Client Sales force in meeting objectives, within a designated region.
Job assignments should include responsibilities that require more advanced skills and broader application than Marketing Support Administrator.
This position will include new account setup and pricing requests.
Must have excellent phone and communication skills.
Administrative: Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.
Machine: Calculator, personal computer.
Physical Demands: Speech clarity, utilization of fingers and hands, standing-remaining on one's feet in an upright position, sitting-remaining in the normal seated position, handling-seizing, holding, grasping.
Vision Requirements: Able to pass standardized color vision test, as required by test performed.
License/Certification/Education: Normally requires an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years of experience in related field. Hiring manager is looking for min HS graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience for this position.
Position hours/schedule - 40 hrs/wk, 1st shift
Length of Assignment/Estimated End Date - 3 months
