Our client, a leading fortune company is looking for Category Sales Analyst .This is for an initial duration of 4 months located in Beaverton, OR.
Prepares and analyzes sales reports and reporting packs in support of Geography account or category teams to include: forecasts and results reports: analyses of variances versus budget forecasts and sell-thru reporting.
Conducts research to estimate market demand.
Delivers analysis to identify key growth opportunities. Will often focus on customer door level detail, SKU productivity, category stock and sales analysis, and marketplace performance.
Acts as key partner and teammate with account executives and strategic account managers to deliver an aligned category vision to the customer.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience
Strong project manager and problem solver able to handle highly complex analytical challenges and solutions.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
Strong influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.
Able to mentor more Jr. Planners in the function.
Strong knowledge of Sales, Business Development and Financial Analysis.
