? Responsible for collections of a portion of Animal Health operating unit. The total AR domestic portfolio is approximately $240 million.
? Responsible for the maintenance, and consistent implementation of the GFS Americas Credit & Collection policy.
? Manage the dunning process, make collection calls, and draft customized communications dependent upon the collections situation.
? Maintain delinquency within agreed-upon service levels.
? Manage the shipment of orders for referral accounts based on the status of the account in relation to its credit line and/or delinquency.
? Participate on all Animal Health order-to-cash initiatives.
? Interfaces regularly with AR, Customer Service and Sales Force for the relevant accounts.
? Work with AR and Customer Service to resolve account discrepancies.
? Evaluate customer/internal documentation and system information in order to present coherent justification for payment
? Escalate collection issues and make recommendations for third-party intervention or legal action.

Qualifications:

? 2 to 5 years of progressively responsible Collections experience in a manufacturing setting (Pharmaceutical experience preferred).
? Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated business acumen.
? Strong negotiation and influencing skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of personnel
? Ability to handle high volume, prioritize and organize activities, and make effective decisions
? High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work independently
? BBA in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred.
? Experience in a Shared Service environment preferred.
