Job Description:
THIS IS 03 YEARS LONG PROJECT

Candidate will provide hybridoma generation, screening, cloning, cryo-preservation, characterization, production, purification and distribution/ tracking support of monoclonal antibodies for at minimum, eight new anti-PnPs serotypes (22F; 33F; 8; 9N; 10A; 11A; 12F; 15B).

Candidate will support all aspects of monoclonal antibody generation, characterization and inventory control.

Responsibilities:

Perform multiple sampling processes and screening assays required for selection of parent hybridomas with unique PnPs specificity.

Will assist with all aspects of hybridoma culture related to cryo-preservation of selected hybridoma cell lines.

Will support all processes related to single cell cloning and characterization of selected hybridomas.

Will support large-scale production of selected monoclonals and purify from reagents as indicated. Distribute reagents as needed.

Will assist in data entry of all relevant monoclonal attributes for archival retrieval and inventory tracking of both monoclonal antibody reagents, and cryovial stocks for future reagent production (HTS- Hybridoma Tracking System and CIS- Cryogenic Inventory Storage).

Education:
Bachelors degree required.
