Job description:

? BS/MSc in cell biology, molecular biology or related disciplines with 5-8 years or Ph.D. with > 2 years laboratory experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or academic institutions.
? Proficiency in standard cell culture techniques is required.
? Familiarity with flow cytometry (FACS) and effector functional assays (ADCC/CDC) is strongly preferred.
? Previous experience with tumor xenograft models is a plus.
? Organized, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
? Good communication skills are essential.
