Job Description:
The Training Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:
· Excellent English and written/oral communication skills
· Minimum 2-3 years experience in developing and delivering classroom training, including coaching other trainers in setting up a successful Train the Trainer program
· Demonstrated experience and success with large scale training delivery logistics
o Program requires over 1000 users to be trained
o Multiple roles and training profiles
o Limited time frame and training facilities
Job Responsibilities and Description
Working under the direction of the local Training Lead, the Training Coordinator will be assigned the following responsibilities and deliverables (either to complete independently or together with the Training Lead):
· Identify training audience
· Complete training needs analysis (number and identification of trainers, etc.)
· Create Addendum to SAP Training Approach/Plan to meet any site-specific needs, as required
· Define any required training localization (coordinate development with Core team)
· Manage the creation and maintenance of local site training material
· Prepare the site trainers
· Create End User Training Schedule based on role mapping
· Obtain business buy-in of end user training schedule
· Coordinate and execute end user training (includes classroom scheduling, training client/id requests, communication, etc.)
· Maintain documentation of site training activities (qualified instructors, training attendance records, etc.)
· Analyze and report on local training metrics
· Define sustainable training organization (post-deployment)
