Job Description:
More emphasis on Oral Liquids experience

Formulation Scientist: Formulation, process development and scale-up of liquid over the counter (OTC)/consumer healthcare dosage forms. The products with which this scientist will work, must be commercialized by July 2012, therefore, this scientist must assimilate quickly to the Richmond based Pharma R&D organization, and its practices.

Position will be laboratory based but will encompass considerable technical documentation. Also required will be the ability to coordinate with analytical chemistry team members and manufacturing plant technology scientists.

Required training on standard operating procedures (SOP's) and basic operating procedures (BOP's) will be provided. Undergrad degree in chemistry, pharmacy or related disciplines required.

Advanced degree related to pharmaceutical formulation sciences is desirable.
