Job Description:
Job description: This position will be in support of Pharmacogenomics analysis

? Follow lab SOPs to receive clinical trial specimens, check-in, and enter into LIM system
? Follow lab SOPs to extract DNA from patient specimens using manual and automated systems
? Follow Lab SOPs to perform genotyping assays
? Follow the lab quality control and quality assurance policies and keep documentation properly.
? Identify and report problems; solve problems under the direct supervision of lab senior scientists, or supervisor, or director.

Job qualification:
? BS or MS in molecular biology
? 2+ year molecular biology laboratory experience
? DNA extraction and PCR experience are preferred
? Clinical lab working experience is plus
? Self motivated and ability to work independently
? Strong organizational ability; ability to successfully work and get things done in teams
? Ability to engage, communicate and facilitate communication across groups

MOST CRITICAL SKILLS: Molecular biology background, DNA extraction and PCR experience are preferred. Clinical laboratory working experience is a plus.
