Job Description:
Responsibilities:
? The successful candidate will be involved in several aspects related to antibody generation and characterization

Requirements: ?

? BS/MS degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology or equivalent education is required
? 2+ yrs experience in laboratory research in academia or industry
? Solid knowledge of basic biochemical assays including gel electrophoresis, Western blotting and ELISA as well as experience with cell based assays
? Good knowledge of protein expression and purification ? Solid knowledge of tissue culture techniques
? Experience with immunocytochemistry and FACS techniques as well as previous experience working with monoclonal antibodies would be a plus
? Experience handling laboratory animals (rodents), including dosing and tissue harvest, would be highly beneficial
? Highly motivated with strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with other colleagues
