Our Global Fortune 500 client is looking for a Copywriter for a 6+ month position in Beaverton, OR.
Position Description:
To write and edit copy for global digital content to support Client's e-commerce sites. To work within the Global Experience Management group, as well as with business partners in Global Brand Marketing, Global Retail and outside agencies as needed to bring and apply the highest copy standards to Client's e-commerce properties.
Copywriting
* Craft original product description catalog copy for Client's e-commerce sites.
* Collaborate with other copywriters, regional producers, global brand managers and category producers to ensure that copy: aligns with brand marketing and commerce elements of e-commerce sites; meets approved style guidelines, business objectives and seasonal deadlines; and represents product and marketing initiatives.
* Utilize internal databases, catalogs and other resources to research products and write corresponding copy.
Copyediting
* Reviews and edits digital-content copy written by other copywriters within the Global Experience Management Group to ensure search-engine
optimization (SEO), accuracy and alignment with brand voice, style and initiatives.
* Manage the updates to a global style guide and ensure consistency of execution across all e-commerce properties.
