Job Description:
Our major pharmaceutical client is looking for a Biochemist for a 6+ month position in Boulder, CO.

Position Description:
- Position will assist a PhD scientist in isolation and development of mammalian cell lines that express a recombinant protein.
- This position will also assist in the purification and analysis of the recombinant protein form these cells.
- Carry cell lines in small scale culture Select clones form these lines Grow selected clones at 1-5 liter scale Perform column chromatography, immunoassays for protein expression.

Requirements:
- Must have strong background in cell culture at moderate laboratory scale (0.1 to 5 liters).
- This requires sterile technique, knowledge of media development, selecting clonal cells.
- Prior experience with Wavebag technology is a plus, as is experience in protein purification.
