Job Description:
Our Fortune 100 client is looking for Collections representative - for 4+ month positions in Rochester, NY

Job Description:

- Responsible for collection & account resolution for delinquent customers to provide payment arrangements, customer service & assistance in resolving customer complaints & problems on accounts.

- Experience with Commercial collections, specifically Fortune 500 Companies preferred.

- Review aging reports, initiates calls with past-due balances, researches account discrepancies, resolves billing issues that have resulted in delinquent payment and provide follow-up when expected payment has not been received.

- Also prepares credit, adjustment or refund documentation for account resolution.
