Reference Number: CommSpec-EHNJ Job Description: Our major pharmacetuical client is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist for a 6+ month position in East Hanover, NJ. Responsibilities will include: - Coordination with EP&P on printing/production, manage weekly sales bulletin (attend weekly meeting and produce bulletin in Lotus Notes) and oversee and manage internal NPC email lists within message broadcaster. Requirements: - Previous experience at NPC - Requirment: Extensive Knowledge of Lotus Notes - Proficient in Excel - Very organized and detailed focused - Flexible - BS is not required but preferred, they will need to have some college experieces i.e. courses or Associates Degree in Communications. - This person should really be interested in pursuing a career in Communications.
