Liaise with key partners across the organization in developing and executing the Medical Information strategy for assigned products Lead Global Standard Response Committees for assigned products to ensure completeness and currency of information used to respond to medical information queries globally Ensure the quality and scientific accuracy of global standard responses and that they follow established content guidelines for evidence based medicine Coordinate Medical Information coverage at key Medical Congresses Collect and report out on Medical Information metrics for assigned products Resolve Medical Information queries escalated from second-level support in the affiliates Support affiliates in preparing for audits and inspection readiness Ensure activities are carried out in full compliance with internal SOPs, training, best practices, and industry guidelines Strong collaboration and negotiation/influencing skills and ability to effectively work with key stakeholders across multiple functions/departments Strong written and verbal communication in English and ability to prepare and deliver clear and impactful presentations Proficiency in medical writing Willingness to travel (~20%) Clinical, life sciences, or health care degree (BA, BS, RN); advanced degree preferred (e.g. PharmD, RPh, PhD, MD) Experience (1-2 years) within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, preferably with experience in medical information
