Under the direction of the Medical Information Leader, the Medical Information Manager will develop and maintain consistent and compliant Medical Information processes and systems for use across all affiliates and coordinate ongoing communications to the Roche Medical Information community
Support Global Medical Information?s development and implementation of best practices, minimum standards, SOPs and training materials for Medical Information As required, prepare communications and training materials for use in Global Medical Information and host remote (teleconference) training sessions Collect and report out on Medical Information metrics Responsible for specific aspects of Medical Information systems (RoMIN Portal, Global Medical Repository, Query Management/Knowledge Management systems, etc.) Support audit and inspection readiness activities with affiliates Ensure activities are carried out in full compliance with internal SOPs and industry guidelines Skills: Strong collaboration and negotiation/influencing skills and ability to effectively work with key stakeholders across multiple functions/departments Strong written and verbal communication in English and ability to prepare and deliver clear and impactful presentations Proficiency in medical writing Willingness to travel (~20%) Education: Clinical, life sciences, or health care degree (BA, BS, RN); advanced degree preferred (e.g. PharmD, RPh, PhD, MD) Experience (1-2 years) within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, preferably with experience in medical information or medical training
