Job Description:

Major Pharmaceutical client is looking for an Project Coordinator / PMO Assistance for a contract opportunity till the end of the year at their 2 month contract assignment at their New Brunswick, NJ location

Responsibilities:

To Support
- Organize Review Workshops
- Establish Project Logistics
- Maintain Project Plan
- Communicate Status
- Manage periodic team meetings
- Manage Risks / Issues Log
- Manage SDLC Documentation
- Manage Scope Document
- Manage Change Acceptance Process
- Develop Data Migration Strategy
- Manage Testing Plan
- Manage Cutover Plan

Skills/Experience Requirements:
-Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
-Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited Supervision
-Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
-Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
-English Spoken and Written
