Role/Responsibility:
oEmail Campaign Management
oList Management
oCoordination with Global E-Mail Vendor
oCoordination with internal stakeholders
oCalendar Management
oPartner with CRM Technical Lead on any email-related data
issues/requirements

oEmail Planning
oPartner with CRM team and Global Email Vendor on continued
evolution of email execution

oContact Management
oManage lists/contacts to ensure that consumers are receiving
appropriate communications at the right cadence
oProvide ad hoc lists based on Global/Geography/Territory needs

oReporting/Campaign Analysis
oE-Mail Results/Reporting on individual campaigns and broader
initiative programs. May include test scenarios.

oDirect Mail Campaign Management
oList Management
oCoordination with internal stakeholders
