Logistics Department.
This department, among other things, is responsible for the logistics operations of countries in Latin America

Responsibilities:

1.Check draft Bills of lading received from LSP against Distributor?s Letter of Credit and Purchase order
2.Documentation
a.Create commercial documentation through SAP like Invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin etc and
b.create documentation packets related to all transactions.
c.Also scan and email the packets to distributors
3.Updating various tracking reports

On time and accurate documentation, transactions and reports

Top Must Have:
1)Experience with handling any commercial documentation and transactions
2)ERP transaction (user)
3)MS office and other office automation tools for report creation etc
4)Attention to detail

Nice to Have/Highly Desired, but not required:
Logistics experience
SAP experience

Any bachelor?s degree
