1.Workforce Analytics Project Manager
Desireable Skills or background:
-Experience with BI highly desired
-Experience with HR nice to have
-Experience with Vendor Management
-PMP Certificaiton desired
-Experience/knowledge of Peoplesoft 8.3 and SAP
-Experience with Data Analysis
-Understanding of the data extract process (process of extracting data from PeopleSoft to be hosted on vendor's server)
Targeted Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Estimated 6-8 months
Gen. Position Description:
Project Managers will be working in a fast paced environment where a strong leadership presence is necessary and required for the PM role. The resource must have strong communication skills and a strong background in stakeholder management. Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Microsoft Project is required. Work with team to facilitate meetings, move department towards meeting set deadlines. Coordinate resources, budget and schedule for assigned projects. Manage changes to the project plan. Manage and facilitate all projects through implementation and the hand-off to base business support. Responsibility for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing and executing project plans.
