Reference Number: MS-CompAn-EHNJ Job Description: Our major pharmaceutical client is looking for a Compensation Analyst for a 6+ month position in Florham Park, NJ. Position Description: -conduct salary surveys and analyze salary trends -evaluate jobs and maintain global job family structure -assist in implementation of compensation systems, ensure system data accuracy, user test new systems -assist in the annual compensation review process -partner with staffing and HR generalists on offers and compensation issues -educate HR partners, line managers on compensation processes, philosophy -work with global team Requirements: - Bachelors Degree required -Excellent analytical skills -Advanced Excel, systems knowledge (preferably PeopleSoft) -3-5 years compensation experience Qualified candidates should please send a MS Word copy of their resume to manisha@sunrisesys.com.
