Job Description:
Our major pharmaceutical client is looking for a Marketing Financial Planner for a 6+ month position in East Hanover, NJ
** This is a jr level position. 1-2 years exp required. Candidate should have experience with purchase orders **
Assist US Marketing in managing project budgets, task orders, and Purchase Orders. Work closely with the Brand Director; Associate Director and also the Extended Marketing Brand Teams and Finance to ensure financial excellence. Additionally, provide financial system expertise and financial project management responsibilities for several Brand Teams for assigned area of responsibility including large agency vendors and large dollar/high visibility activities.
1. Ensure accurate completion and updates to the purchase order commitments for assigned projects within a brand utilizing PAWS and Ariba financial systems and processes.
2. Responsible for accurate and timely approval of new project requests (PRFs) in PAWS system.
3. Manage the administration of purchasing documentation for brand Marketing spend, including providing direction to clients on all process, compliance, and procurement activities and documentation requirements.
4. Work with brand team and finance to ensure timely completion of Ariba Receipts and payments for all activity related costs.
5. Work with brand members and finance to ensure accuracy and completeness of program budget in the project tracking tools (PAWS, ARIBA, SAP, TM1, etc.). Review and validate program estimates and milestones.
6. Key budget liaison between Brand team and Extended Marketing teams.
7. Maintain working relationship with Agency vendor?s finance representatives to ensure accurate recording of commitments, budgets, and payments.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- PAWS, ARIBA, SAP, TM1

- Good/Great personality and communication
