Job Description:
Our major pharmaceutical client is looking for a Part Time Operations Manager for a 6+ month position in East Hanover, NJ.

This position will be 3 days a week

This position reports to the Director, Patient Access Programs within Public Affairs. Extensive interactions with external vendors will be required to ensure the efficient and effective operations and administration of various Novartis Patient Access Programs. Incumbent will support Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Operations and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to support the reporting and analysis of various Patient Access Programs.

? Manage/Support day-to-day Operations of Novartis Patient Assistance Program (PAP) which includes the following:
? * Under direction of Director, work with vendor to support PAP initiatives
? * Participate on weekly calls - monitor / follow-up with vendor on current PAP projects via the action item list
? * Manage daily customer issue resolution / respond to escalated customer inquiries
? * Ensure SOP?s / Programs Business Rules are updated appropriately
? Monitor Patient Access Program utilization - update reports/charts etc.
? Update and monitor internal/external websites to ensure information is accurate and updated appropriately
? Monitor competitive websites/programs - help with competitive analysis

Requirements:
- BS Required
- Prefer minimum of 1-2 years experience in vendor/project management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills required
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
- Experience working successfully in a team environment
