Title - Product Compliant Analyst
Location - Peapack, NJ
Duration - 3-6 Months
Rate - 20-25/Hr
In person interview is required after phone screening.
Assignment is ongoing and likely to be renewed. All work will be performed onsite. Pharmaceutical Experience is desired. Bachelors Degree is required
Coordinate with several 3rd party agencies to retrieve our products, Coordinate outbound mailers to our patients/doctors, etc.
Process refunds and replacements request
Issue refunds and credits in ARIBA
Track inbound receipt of samples to Peapack; follow up with correct outbound shipping to correct site
Coordinate all response letters to patients, doctors, etc.
Required:
Associate of Arts degree with a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a related field, or a high school graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years in a related field.
Understanding of Code of Federal Regulation; Good Manufacturing Practices for finished pharmaceuticals with emphasis on complaint handling requirements (this is not required it would be a plus)
Experience with personal computing systems including database, spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be dependable and have good interpersonal skills and verbal skills.
