Technical Skills:
? Responsible for leading the technical delivery of solutions to our customer base.
? Manage the development resources (onshore and offshore) and tasks required to deliver technical solutions.
? Lead the engineering design, configurations and technical implementations of software systems.
? 5-7 years experience designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise scale business applications.
? More than 3 years Experience on Lombardi Teamworks as a Lead Architect\Developer. Preferably Lombardi Level 2 Certified.
? Deep Lombardi Teamworks solution skills. Expertise at generalizing and coding process rules; Excellent in identifying and designing repeatable people-oriented process-based patterns (for re-use in process applications).
? Lead development and delivery of several Lombardi Teamworks applications including, process modeling, process analysis, playbacks, UI (Coaches, Variables) & Dashboard design, build, validation, migration of code and delivery of the solution
? Excellent Java Programming Skills is mandatory ? Preferably Sun Certified.
? Experience in developing Enterprise applications Implementation in J2EE architecture, Lombardi Teamworks Design Patterns, Java, Java Beans, JDBC, Java Mail, XML, and JNDI
? Expertise in developing web-based GUIs and Client side validations using JSP, HTML, Java Script.
? Expertise in Server side programming like Java Servlets.
? Experience on Service Oriented Architecture using Web Services.
? Experience in developing System using Frameworks like AJAX, JSON, YUI, jQuery, Spring, Struts and JSF
? Experience in developing server side components for communication legacy systems using JMS.
? Experience in JMS for asynchronous sending, receiving messages
? Experience in using LDAP.
? Experience in Using ANT Build Tool
? Experience on performing Unit and Load tests by using JUnit, JMeter or Load Runner a plus.
? Experience in developing queries, store procedures for faster execution and functions using SQL, PL/SQL.
? Experience in working on Web Server and Application Servers like Apache and Weblogic
? Experience in developing UNIX Shell Scripts
