Title - Project Manager - Shared Services Application
Location - Groton, CT

Provide program and project management of for Global Shared Services Solutions Delivery.
The selected candidate will manage a varying number of contracted resources, all working as either program or project managers on Shared Services Application Development projects, and will be responsible for budgeting and cost tracking of the projects from both a program and project standpoint. She/he will provide oversight for and/or directly manage multiple programs/projects of varying size which will be highly visibile and critical to the operations of the client.
Working within the Project Management role, the selected candidate will execute project management processes for the development of new solutions and services and has the overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of a project.

? Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to manage geographically distributed teams, as well as the ability to operate in a politically sensitive environment.
? Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering change programs as well as overseeing multiple projects of varying scope and complexity.
? Demonstrated experience in successfully delivery business IT projects on time and on budget using defined project lifecycle and project management methodologies (PMP)
? Experience in working with financial processes, systems and customers preferred
? Experience managing programs/projects in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
