IN-PERSON INTERVIEW IS REQUIRED.

This person would be supporting the Vendor management efforts for the SAMS (Shared Application Management Service) organization. SAMS Vendor Management team works with SAMS Leadership team, SAMS partners, Pfizer Vendor Management, Pfizer Procurement and other SAMS teams.

Description:
? Coordinate all activities related to Purchase Order processing.
? Review the SOW and Change Orders, this is not a technical review but to understand who is requesting a service and how is it funded.
? Preparation of necessary documentation to make Purchase requisitions through ARIBA.
? Work with SAMS Time accounting application (called ATM) and create reports on weekly basis.
? Coordinate activities related to Partner Resources On boarding and off boarding.
? Work with SAMS Partners and be an interface for SAMS Leaderships Team
? Weekly reporting on the Work in progress such as SOWs, CO?s, Pending Purchase requisitions In ARIBA etc.
? Assist Cost Management in monthly reporting on SOWs and spend against SOW values, alert SAMS management on potential over runs.
? Support as needed for SPM and other SAMS team.
? Ensures adherence to Vendor management processes by all users of this service.
? Ensures accuracy of information entered into Share Point reviews. Follows up on SOW reviews.

Qualifications:
? Knowledge of Pfizer financial systems including Computron and Ariba,
? Good working knowledge of MS office applications and an exposure to Share Point.
? Undiluted commitment to provide the best support and do a quality job in every task
? Detail oriented person.
? Adherence to Processes is mandatory.
? Respect for people and be a team player.
? Ability to interact with both SAMS leadership and customers, this requires good communication and strong follow up skills
? College Education ( BS)
