IN-PERSON INTERVIEW IS REQUIRED.

Functional Project Analyst for Ariba/P2P Projects

? Support meetings with the business units
? Assist in building rfx events in eSourcing tool
? Assist in composing business requirements documentation
? Track and communicate project dependencies and results with all appropriate parties.
? Coordinate periodic status calls.
? Work on data harmonization projects by collecting information from various sources, analyzing the data, and developing solutions.
? Support Change request process as needed
? Assist in implementing business strategies and technology-enabled processes and tools in close partnership with appropriate groups
? Support the P2P team leads on projects
? Strong communications and analytical skills are necessary to make recommendations and facilitate consensus building for program participation and compliance
? Support the development of any new functionality
? Work with Procurement Leadership and sourcing colleagues as needed
