Job Description:
Sunrise Systems, a leading Systems Integration and Consulting firm in Metuchen NJ, is looking for a Technical Recruiter who can aggressively recruit for open positions. Sunrise Systems has nurtured very successful, direct-client relationships over the past 15 years with Fortune 500 companies and is looking to expand its Resource Management team.

Experience Level:
2 Years

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities :
* In-depth understanding and proven success in resourcing across different technologies through internet, job boards and vendor relationships
* Proven track record with the ability to identify, screen and submit suitable candidates in a rapid turnaround environment
* Should be able to source for multiple open positions at the same time
* Experience with any Vendor Management Systems and Managed Service Providers is a plus
* Strong communication skills and maturity in handling the negotiation process with the candidate.
* Candidates local to Central NJ area preferred
* Ability to work in a team environment is required
* Minimum 2 years of Technical Recruiting experience required.
