Job Description:
Sunrise Systems Inc. , a leading Systems Integration and Consulting firm in Metuchen NJ, is looking for multiple Recruiters for their Resource Management Department. Sunrise Systems has nurtured very successfully, direct-client relationships over the past 15 years with Fortune 500 companies.

This position will assist in identifying & screening the appropriate candidates for our direct client requirements. This will be done by using different methodologies - through internet, job boards, social media, networking and vendor relationships.

Experience Level:
2 Years

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

* Must be results-oriented, adaptive and committed to reaching goals while maintaining a positive attitude.

* Should be a quick learner and willing to work in a rapid turnaround fast paced environment.

* Must be an excellent team player.

* Possess strong computer and MS Office skills.

* Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Must demonstrate a high degree of motivation.

* Any prior experience with Information Technology or Human Resources or Recruiting is a plus.

* Candidates with up to 3 years of experience and with strong academic background in any field are encouraged to apply.

* GPA of 3.5 or above desired.
