Job Description:
Sunrise Systems is a leading Systems Integration and Consulting services firm in Metuchen NJ. We have nurtured direct client relationships over the past 15 years with Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for Technical Recruiters who can aggressively recruit for open and future positions.
Role
* Perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with clients, vendor managers, hiring managers, candidates and colleagues
* Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline across a diverse range of positions, industries and geographies
* Providing outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
* Implementing strategies and tactics to address high volume, rapid response and proactive recruiting needs for a growing company
* Improve overall quality of our service delivery with measurable metrics such as: time to submission, resume submission to interview ratio, and interview to hire ratio.
Experience Level:

Requirements
* At least 4 years of IT recruiting (or equivalent sales) experience.
* Strong communication skills. Very detailed oriented.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Should be able to lead and mentor junior recruiters
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
* A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization
* Proven track record of success in supporting large clients.
* High Sense of Urgency
* Bachelors degree preferred
