Reference Number: RB-SCRC Job Description: Sunrise Systems (Sunrise) is a leading Systems Integration and Consulting firm in Metuchen NJ. Sunrise has partnered with the industry's top pharmaceutical organizations and has nurtured very successful, direct-client relationships over past 15 years with Fortune 500 companies. We are currently seeking a senior Scientific / Clinical Recruiter for our life sciences vertical. The qualified candidate should be able to aggressively recruit for open positions and manage existing client relationships. Role: - Recruit candidates using job boards, internet, in house database, as well as networking (with candidates & user groups) - Identify, screen and submit suitable candidates in a rapid turnaround environment - Manage interview scheduling, conduct reference checks and negotiate salary packages - Document and track screening and placement activities in database Experience Level: 2 Years Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess: - In-depth understanding and proven success in resourcing across pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industries - 2+ years of experience hiring candidates in Bioinformatics, Biology, Chemistry or Clinical Research disciplines in a contract or direct hire environment - Strong communication skills and maturity in handling the negotiation process with the candidate as well as the client - Experience with any Vendor Management Systems or Managed Service Providers - Ability to work independently, and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Science This position is for a senior recruiter with proven and demonstrable industry experience and success.
